Timelines are estimates and begin after agreements are signed, the initial payment is received, and required client materials are provided.
EVERY WEBSITE
MANAGEMENT
Managed sites include routine technical maintenance plus an allowance for normal updates to existing content—hours, photos, staff details, contact information, services, and similar changes.
Routine technical maintenance does not use your content-update allowance. Unused update time does not roll over.
New pages, substantial redesigns, custom functionality, integrations, scheduling systems, e-commerce, significant copywriting, and Growth services are outside standard management.
REVIEWS
Each round is one consolidated set of client-requested changes. Corrections required because we missed the agreed scope do not count against your revisions.
Requests that materially change the original scope are handled through a Change Order.
PAYMENT
Consultations, estimates, and approved preliminary mockups can happen before contracted development begins. Recurring management and Growth services are billed separately.
